Due to the decline in leads and clientele, we regret to inform everyone that we will not be providing residential and commercial janitorial services. We truly appreciate our recurring clients and will continue to provide their services per their service agreement. To uphold our name and promise, referrals from our recurring clients will still be offered.

07/22/2022 *New Services Added

Beginning August 1, 2022, we will be offering two new cleaning services - "Special Event Cleanup;" this service will be available to those who book parties and are responsible for their own cleanup at the event venue. For an hourly rate, we will be available to handle the cleanup services for you, that way you won't need to. If you are an event organizer, we can partner together so our company handles the cleanup of all the events that you plan; and "Site Cleanup;" this service consists of renovation site cleanliness maintenance - available to those who are renovating their home or office and for contractors who want the same personnel handling their project site cleanups.

Due to the rising cost of oil prices affecting the price at gas stations worldwide; as a mobile company, we made a difficult decision to increase the price of our services. We appreciate all of our customers and the quality of our work has shown that. We truly hope you continue to book your services through us as well as refer new customers to us. All new customers will continue to receive the "10% New Customer Discount" and for every referral, you as a returning customer will also receive a "10% Referral Discount." Membership offers are also available.

FAQ's

Is there a loyalty program?

At the moment, we only have a membership option, which is available for clients who agree to recurring services. There is no exclusion to which services are placed on a recurring schedule. 

Does your staff come out to our location to do services?

Yes. We will come out to your location to provide services. Please take into consideration that our time is valued and if we are traveling farther than 15 miles, that services will indeed be completed; otherwise please cancel within 72 hours.

What is the difference between a Move-In Clean and a Move-Out Clean?

A Move-In Clean is more of a refresher prior to moving in to a new place that has already been thoroughly cleaned by the previous tenant whereas a Move-Out Clean is the thorough cleaning of a unit when tenants are moving out. A cleaning checklist is provided that we must adhere to and please keep in mind, all cleaning services are billed by the hour.

What if I am moving, but will be renting out my home as fully furnished?

If your unit is fully furnished during a move-out, it will be treated as a Move-In Clean, we will only provide move-out services under the fact that no one is currently occupying the unit. When someone occupies the unit, our job cannot be thoroughly completed and it also raises a safety concern for both parties.

Do we have to purchase a detailing package?

No. We have ala carte options available, however a detailing package will mutually benefit you, as it comes with different ala carte options stacked together for a lower price. When you purchase a detailing package, a detail touch up is provided at no-cost to you within two weeks of completed service, which you must schedule at the completion of service.
